Staci grew up in Lincoln, MO. After graduating high school, she attended the University of Central Missouri where she obtained her Bachelor of Social Work degree. After graduating, Staci began working at a community mental health facility in Warsaw, MO. While working in the field, Staci continued her education at the University of Missouri-Kansas City where she obtained her Master of Social Work degree. After finishing her Master’s, she began working at a Targeted Case Management (service coordination) agency as a service coordinator and later moved into the program supervisor role. Staci joined Restoring Hope in October 2015 to develop quality host home services in the Central Missouri region. She and her husband, Brandon Siercks, married in 2010 and returned to Lincoln, MO. They enjoy traveling, attending various sporting events and watching their 2-year-old daughter, Kennedi, grow up.
