Erica Gillarm
Poplar Bluff and Sikeston Regional Program Manager
Erica was born and raised in Cape Girardeau, MO where she graduated in 2004. After high school, she received her Bachelor of General Studies from Southeast Missouri State University. She also has a leadership certificate from Missouri State University. In 2018, she was hired to be an Administrative Assistant at a dayhab facility in her town that assisted individuals with intellectual disabilities. It was then she found her passion. She enjoyed working with the Developmental Disabilities population and was promoted to Developmental Disabilities Professional and then Assistant Director. Erica later went to work as a Support Coordinator for individuals with disabilities.
She joined Restoring Hope in November 2024. She is blessed with two boys and a fur baby whom she often refers to as her only daughter. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, hosting social events, traveling, baking, and being outdoors. Erica brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Restoring Hope and is excited to be a part of the team.
